Phone Support

We can hook you up with a local phone number, plus a customised call flow and voicemail setup. We can also port existing numbers over to our system too.

- Actual call time is charged at the standard hourly support rate
- All incoming calls are answered from 9am-12pm, Monday-Friday
- Customised after-hours call flow system to direct urgent calls and provide contact options
- Regularly scheduled voicemail checks and callbacks
- Unique call script and message routing service created for every client
- Support available across three different timezones (QLD, VIC & WA)

- Design and layout of custom website using supplied content (+ 2-3 rounds of changes to complete)

- Advice on domain registration, email hosting and other IT related queries happily answered along the way too.
